4. Betting Rules

Please read these rules carefully before placing bets on pso2. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so verify all details before making your decision.

General Betting Rules

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum varies depending on the market and event.
• If a technical issue arises after a bet has been accepted, pso2 reserves the right to void or uphold the bet at its sole discretion.
• If a market closes before an event begins, any bets placed after that time will be automatically voided.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Pso2 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a system error.

Result Determination

Bet outcomes are determined based on official and internationally recognized results. In the event of a dispute, pso2's analysis team will conduct an independent review and issue a final decision.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at pso2 are simple, fast, and completely secure. We support all major mobile banking and bank transfer services in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; any delays are resolved within 24 hours.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are always returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at pso2 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus is considered automatic acceptance of the associated terms.

• Wagering requirements apply separately for each bonus — typically 30–40x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per account.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings earned using bonus funds.
• Any account found to have misused bonuses will be suspended.
• Pso2 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

7. Responsible Betting

Pso2 places responsible betting at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income — which is why our platform provides a range of protective tools.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (self-exclusion) at any time.
• A cooling-off period can be set — ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Your betting history can be viewed and downloaded at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pso2 and will result in account suspension:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers more than once.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in misconduct toward other users.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• No information is shared with any government authority except where required by law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Pso2 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Before your account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance, provided no prohibited activity is involved.

11. Dispute Resolution
